Up to 512 GB of super fast solid state drive storage space is available with any Macbook Air model. Solid state drive storage allows Macbook Air best performances and startup speeds compared to traditional hard disk drives. Optical drive is not available.

For connectivity Apple Macbook Air comes with ultrafast 802.11ac Wi-Fi wireless network adapter. With combination with AirPort Extreme and AirPort Time Capsule wireless performance is up to 3 times faster than standard wireless technologies adapter. Apple Macbook Air also comes with latest Bluetooth wireless standard.

For external devices USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports are available. High speed thunderbolt ports are available for connection any external device or any supported high resolution display.
